CONTINUOUS HELICAL G FORM FINNED TUBES

       Our Finning Machine first opens groove on the tube after the flat fin is locked mechanically to this groove.

       We advice hot dip galvanized application to our customers who prefer carbon steel tube and fin material.
There are two main reasons for that: To protect the products against corrosion and to gain excellent heat conduction between tube and fin.

Advantages and Disadvantages of G Form Finned Tubes;

  • The cost is higher than Full Crimped, Semi Crimped and I Forms. But against its high cost, it gives high efficiency.
  • The fins are tightly locked mechanically to the groove on the tube by the help of its excellent design. Because of that G Form Finned Tubes have used in high temperature applications, continuous thermal cycles and the vibration of the tube has occurred because of high-speed air currents.
  • There is no turbulence. For this reason, the noise of air is in low level.
  • Retaining dust and similar things is not available.
