From design to delivery

Thermal calculation
The heat transfer surface is calculated from the fluid, capacity and temperature data; the appropriate tube and fin form is selected from that calculation.

Mechanical design
The calculated surface becomes the design of the shell, tubesheet, connections and frame. Assembly fit and sealing are resolved at this stage.

Manufacturing
Fin winding, laser welding and machining are all carried out in our own workshop; from design to delivery the process stays in one pair of hands.
