Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers

Systems that use ambient air to cool or condense the process fluid. Finned tubes increase the heat transfer surface and deliver higher efficiency.

Air-cooled heat exchangers are systems that use ambient air to cool or condense the process fluid. In this type of exchanger the fluid passes through the tubes while air, moved by fans, is drawn across the tube surfaces to provide heat transfer. Finned tubes are generally used to increase the heat transfer surface and achieve higher efficiency.

The main components are the finned tube bundle, fans, motors, supporting structure and air baffles. Depending on requirements they can be designed as forced draft or induced draft units.

To meet our customers' requirements, our company carries out the necessary engineering and design work and manufactures Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers in accordance with national and international standards.
