Personal Data Protection Notice
1. Data Controller
Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data («KVKK»), your personal data is processed by TETSA Isı Teknolojileri İmalatı Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. («TETSA») as data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Personal Data Processed
The following data is processed through the quotation and contact forms on our website:
- Identity data: first name and surname
- Contact data: e-mail address, telephone number, country
- Customer transaction data: the company you represent, the message you write regarding your request and the products you select
- Transaction security data: the IP address and browser information from which the request was sent
Transaction security data is recorded solely to prevent misuse of the form (automated/spam submissions).
3. Purposes of Processing
- Preparing the technical quotation you request and sending it to you
- Answering your questions and contacting you
- Establishing and conducting the commercial relationship
- Preventing misuse of the form and ensuring information security
4. Legal Grounds
Your personal data is processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK on the grounds that processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, that it is necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations, and that it is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
5. Method of Collection
Your personal data is collected electronically and automatically when you complete the forms on our website.
6. Transfer of Data
Your personal data is stored on the servers of the hosting and e-mail service providers from which we obtain services in order to operate this website and our e-mail infrastructure. This transfer is based on the performance of a contract and legitimate interest under Article 8 of the KVKK, and we work with these providers under obligations relating to data security.
Your personal data may be transferred to public authorities legally entitled to request it, within the framework of the relevant legislation. Apart from this, it is not shared with third parties, sold, or used for marketing purposes.
7. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it is processed, taking into account the limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation and the obligations regarding the retention of commercial books and records (10 years under the Turkish Commercial Code and the Tax Procedure Law).
Records relating to enquiries that do not result in a commercial relationship are deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period after the request has been concluded. Upon expiry of the retention period, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose; know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data has been transferred; request correction if the data is incomplete or incorrectly processed; request erasure or destruction of the data; request that these operations be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred; object to a result arising against you from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation if you suffer loss because the data has been processed unlawfully.

In accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you may submit your application in writing, together with documents verifying your identity, to Selvili Tepe OSB Mahallesi, 2008. Cadde No: 3/1, 45400 Turgutlu / Manisa, Türkiye, or by using an e-mail address you have previously notified to us and which is registered in our systems, to info@tetsa.com.tr.
Your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If the process requires an additional cost, the fee set out in the tariff determined by the Board may be charged.
