Machining Operations
High-precision manufacture of the mechanical parts that are critical to the performance, assembly fit and tightness of heat exchangers.
Machining operations cover the high-precision manufacture of mechanical parts that are critical to the performance, assembly fit and leak-tightness of heat exchangers. Headers, tubes and connecting elements used in air-cooled and shell-and-tube heat exchangers in particular must be produced to dimensions and tolerances suited to the process conditions.
In its machining processes for heat exchangers, Tetsa Isı Teknolojileri carries out critical operations in-house, including machining of header faces, weld edge preparation on tubes, machining of seal grooves, drilling and tapping. This keeps manufacturing quality under continuous control and allows project-specific requirements to be met quickly.
In addition, our company also offers subcontract machining services in line with customer requests. Custom part manufacture based on technical drawings, primarily for heat exchanger components, is produced in accordance with the required standards and tolerances.
Carrying out machining in our own facilities provides significant advantages in time management, production planning and delivery times. Reduced external dependency allows revision requests and project changes to be implemented quickly, and full coordination is achieved between the manufacturing, assembly and testing processes. This approach both shortens production times and minimises overall project risk.
